Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed upon approval by a licensed healthcare provider and fulfillment by our partner pharmacy.
- Shipping times refer to the time from when the product leaves the pharmacy, not the time of order placement.
- Processing times may vary depending on prescription verification, order volume, and pharmacy operating hours.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
- Standard Orders: Shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air to ensure prompt delivery.
- Temperature-Sensitive (Cold Chain) Products: Shipped via UPS Overnight with appropriate cold packaging to maintain product integrity.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Restrictions & Requirements
- We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
- Shipping availability and transit times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, and unforeseen carrier delays.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or undeliverable packages.
Delivery Responsibility & Issues
- Once an order has been shipped, algoRX is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- Customers should monitor their tracking information and contact the carrier directly for delivery inquiries.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us atsupport@algorx.ai within 24 hours of receipt, including photos of the damage.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, all sales are final,and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
