- If lab work has not yet been processed.
Refund Processing & Fees
- All approved refunds are subject to a 25% processing fee to cover administrative and service costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
- Once lab work has been processed, it is non-refundable due to the nature of the service.
- Shipped products are non-refundable to maintain safety and quality standards.
